Welcome to the Nazareth Baptist Church website. We hope and pray that you are able to find out more about us and get the resource and information that you seek, quickly and easily.
Our mission for this website is to establish a reliable means of communication with members of the Nazareth Baptist Church and to offer information and evangelistic opportunities to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ; and to bring together the understanding of current reality and desired reality into a shared vision.
As a Baptist Church, we take seriously the Great Commission of Christ (Matthew 28:14-20). Our mission is to win souls in the name of Jesus Christ, share His gospel and practice His teachings in order to make disciples for Jesus Christ. We also care for the needy and suffering people within our sphere of influence. We not only try to reach the loss for Jesus Christ, but edify and encourage the body of Christ. We voluntarily join ourselves into an association with other churches for fellowship, inspiration, and cooperative missionary endeavors.
We are working to advance the Kingdom of God; Therefore, we invite the unchurched and the churched alike to visit us. Please come and connect, grow, serve, share and worship with us.
Remember these lines from John Palmer’s poem:
“CHRIST HAS NO HANDS BUT OUR HANDS TO DO HIS WORK TODAY”
Christ has no hands but our hands to do His work today
He has no feet but our feet to lead men in the way
He has no tongue but our tongue to tell men how He died.
He has no help but our help to bring them to His side…
